mmmm good stuffby CreativeFlyPhotoComment: The bright light/shadow combination on the bird bothers me a bit. Otherwise, I think the shot is very nice. The background is not distracting, the focus and clarity are good, and the angle and framing/cropping are good as well. I like the detail you show us in the beak. Since I started my job a couple weeks ago, I have gotten the pleasure of working with a couple of these, and they are really fun to work with. Quite friendly, but don't make them mad!! Good luck in the challenge. |

Serenityby WesComment: The bright area in the upper right is a bit out of place. I tried this with a crop along that horizontal line that seperates the dark background from the light background, and I think it still works nicely, and also brings the attention down to her pretty face. Your focus and clarity are good, and the angle is nice as well. I like the candles in the background. Great shot. Good luck in the challenge. |

Eye See You!by timj351Comment: I would almost like to see a bit more of the face. The shadow from the door covers up even more than what is 'suposed to be' covered up. Your focus and clarity are great though. Lighting might be a bit harsh on the left half of the door, making the shadow really dark and slightly distracting. Good luck in the challenge. |

Black & Whiteby dimitriiComment: I really like how you have done this. With the black and white 'background'. The portrait is nice, very nice looking model. I like the angle and framing/cropping. The focus and clarity are good, and the lighting is very nice. The shadow on the dark half (the left) isn't distracting, but quite noticable. would probably be hard to tone that down though and still get the same effect. Great shot. Good luck in the challenge. |

Bathroom Mirror Realityby lisaeComment: That upper right corner is so white in comparrison to the rest of the photo that it's kind of distracting to me. The portrait it's self it good. I realize that with the title, she's probably suposed to look sad, but I think she would be a very pretty model if smiling too! The focus is a bit soft, but it does't bother me, and I actually think it makes the shot nice. Good luck in the challenge. |

4 sec. after 4 o'clockby darbComment: Well, definately 4. At first, I wasn't fond of the focus, however, I see that it's right on the 4, and for this challenge, it's appropriate. The scratches are a bit distracting to me. I realize it's on old watch, but I think the scratches make the focus look even more off. I guess the important part is that the 4 is clear, and it is. Good luck in the challenge. |

4 feetby amonteforteComment: I'm not sure I like the orangeness on this shot. Quite too orange for my personal taste. Otherwise though, it's a great body part shot. The angle and framing/cropping are good and the focus and clarity are ok as well. The lighting down on the bottom/middle is a bit harsh on the blanket(?) it wipes the pattern out entirely in one spot. Good luck in the challenge. |

Hand Playby justineComment: Excelent body part shot. I like the angle and framing/cropping you have chosen for this. The lighting is really good. You did an excelent job of keeping the reflection and glare down on the dumbell. The only thing that stands out to me is the bottom right corner has a strange color, like reflection on the shirt or something. Otherwise, a nice shot. Good luck in the challnege. |

4 Treesby digitalangelComment: It's really hard to tell that there are in fact 4 trees here. I'll take your word for it, but I don't think that there is enough seperation of the trees to really see. I like how the trees are droopy with snow. Really pretty scene. Either the focus is a tad soft, or it just looks that way cause of the snow. I like the overall blue tint to the shot. Good luck in the challenge. |

Nippleby dimitriiComment: Well, to be frankly honest, this shot does nothing for me, and I actually see no artistic value in it what so ever. The red levels are way out of sync, it's too grainy for my personal taste. The hand in the pants is pretty tasteless to me, and the "pose" isn't even a pose, looks like an excuse to get your tits on the internet. Sorry if I don't see this the way you do. Good luck in the challenge. |
