Vivid Color!by magnetic9999Comment: A bit too much light on the right side of the face, needs more diffused light. I don't think a reflector on the left (with exposure compensation for the whole new situation) would work, because the shadow area in the upper left corner now sends the eye to the face. I don't think you want to loose that.
Interesting to see the same face looking different each time. :) |

Yellow by miracComment: Great detail, you can see the yellow stuff from the plant all over his body. That is one messy wasp. :)
Good capture. |

Sunrise Spectacular by andrewlrComment: Wow, great spot, cool colors, great composition with the rocks, the bird, the texture of the rock at the left and especially the rolling wave about to break.
And another wow.
Great pic! |

Kora in Berlinby KAOSComment: A bit of fill flash in manual mode could fix the underexposure on the kid's face.
Nice composition. |

Another Eggheadby GeocideComment: Could use some unsharp mask. My favorite settings for the dpc sized S602z images are 0.4 radius, 1 treshold and 50 to 200%. Dramatic improvements in sharpness perception can be obtained.
And the lens is at its best between F5 and F8. Message edited by author 2003-03-15 18:43:57. |
