If the child's face had been exposed better, this would have been a great shot! |

Composition is nice. Execution-wise either the child or the back ground needs to be dominant. I think with the hazy day, a fill flash to bring out the child would be the best choice. Meets the challenge. |

Challenge contradiction - subject is the baby, with the city as an incedental background. Subject is heavily shadowed, but the focus is pretty good. Very hazy cityscape. 5 Swash |

I'm sure you were going for this look, but still, I'd like to see a little more detail on the subject's face. This could also give the image a little more color. Either that, or maybe the focus set on the city and the child's face out of focus. |

Using a flash to light the subject would have helped with the darkness of the baby's face, would've made for a great shot. |

exposure wrong for baby, focus wrong for background. The baby is cute but a simple shot of the city below would have suited the challenge better. |

The apparent main subject of the photo is all but unrecognizable. |

A bit of fill flash in manual mode could fix the underexposure on the kid's face.
Nice composition. |
