Sweet light, what hurts here is the centering of the horizon line. Loose some sky in favour of the reflection.

The blue and white from such mountains in the bg is always so striking. The muddy brown of the foreground hill taks a bit away from that.

I have my own thoughts about contrast and color punch, but the way the light flows into the scene is pretty cool.

This sky is too bright, a landscape should not have the horizon smack in the middle and the contrast could use a bit of punch.
The use of foreground elements is a good idea, but show it all and loose a bit of sky. This would also position the horizon more favourably.

The centered composition of the tree doesn't help much.
