Of the 4 you just posted I like this one the best for lighting. The others don't seem quite bright enough. Was she positioned differently than the others?

Could be this cruddy work monitor...

Wonderful use of subject positioning in showing/including just the lower legs in this image. Adds a good measure of context without overpowering the viewer from the theme of rain. The splash of color on the left is a bonus. :D Good luck in the challenge.

Rain Pearls

Quite sharp and well focused. Background is a little ho-hum (nothing personal, just an observation). Crop (or frame the shot differently) to lose that sliver of overcast sky at the top and the image would be somewhat stronger. That area of the image is just light enough to distract and pull the viewer away from your primary subject. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.
