Yellow Feverby ankit0621Comment: You'd be in danger if that equipment was actually moving at the same speed your zoom lens was. :) |

Great Blue Heronby CreatureComment: I like the reflections in the water. Neat effect that the grasses give...looks like star bursts. :) A little bit of PP would make this photo stand out I think. Nice job of catching this shot. |

The Literal Interpretationby DrAchooComment: I like the way (and position) that you've captured this performer in action. It fits quite well compositionally. The B/W tonal range is well covered. Glaring point of contention is the lens flare in the upper-left. Hard to avoid sometimes unfortunately. Overall, a pleasing photo. Good luck in the challenge. |

Dr. Without A. Net, M.D.by jasonlpriceComment: Certainly a risk here! Nice job of selling the point with your photo. The pieces of your composition come together very well. Best of luck in the challenge. |

Paragliderby DandudeComment: This is a very well done photo AND it's a nice fit for the challenge. Certainly a risk here and no fallback option (well, there might be a parachute on his/her back I suppose).
I think you made the right choice in going with B/W. The colors would have been quite distracting given the vast scenery in this image.
Good luck in the challenge. BTW - one of my top picks. |

Nap Timeby elsapoComment: Is Tim Allen in there!? :) A wonderful portrait. Those EYES!!! Wow. This scores above average IMO and would go a tad higher if the top corners had been left out of the composition (the lightness is distracting). Overall, very nicely done. Good luck in the challenge. |

hibiscus flowerby geneward2Comment: I like the color and forms in this. The DOF could have been a tad deeper to bring the ant in focus. Good eye to see this. Best of luck to you in the challenge. |

Yellow eyesby WindtaleComment: Wonderful! I love the pose. The contrast in color and the detail is stunning. Nicely done. Good luck. |
