How convenient is this?! :-D Very nice frame for the challenge. While the boat is "ok" this would really pop if there had been a sailboat or something a bit larger. I understand that you most likely had zero control over what showed up out there. :-) The photo as is, is pleasant to look at, and is fine on merits of technicalities (exposure, focus, etc...). Good luck in the challenge.

This is a lovely capture! Nice control on the exposure considering the challenging lighting conditions.

Nice view, nice natural frame, and I like the color tones and lighting (you've not tried to overprocess it). You did a good job of giving your composition some thought by off-centering the framed part of this image. Well done. Good luck!

Cute portrait, one worth putting on the wall in your home for sure. :-) I think this photo could use just a little fill light on the left (bounce flash from a reflector would work) as the shadows on his face are a bit heavy. As for the challenge theme, from how I've read it you've not really used a foreground or background element in the framing. All JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.

I like the matching colors (well except for the brown) with the black over white of the dock coordinating with the dogs colors. Looks like you just missed sharp focus on the dogs face...the dog probably moved out of the focal plane as he/she was moving towards you? Good job keeping the snow exposed correctly (it's white - hooray!). :-)

Great use of a fisheye lens to add impact and to bring in the "frame" even more. Challenge theme met very well here and you've taken care of the technicals too (exposure, DOF, etc...). Should do well. Good luck!

This is a unique approach to the challenge. It's interesting to look at and the leading lines of the walkway work well with the framing. It would be nice to have a little sky above the person in the distance to make him/her stand out better. Good luck in the challenge.

This is a cute photo. The centered subject works fine here. I do think you've included too much of the roof IMO. As for the challenge theme, I'm not sure that you've really used foreground or background elements?

Shooting for an OOBIE here? :) I'm not familiar with the term "hobo frame" so I'm missing the point of your photograph unfortunately as far as the challenge context is concerned. The photo itself does have a sense of mystery to it. Makes the viewer want to know more about the building in the woods from curiosity. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

Well, you know the word "perfection" in your title is going to draw some heat, right? :-) So...I'll pick on you a smidge. Well, wait a minute, maybe I won't. I was going to say your image is tilted left some as the lower deck/floor (whatever it is) dips to the left, and so does the main top beam. The horizon is actually straight. The left tilt is probably a perspective/angle thing I guess. ??? As for what I think "perfection" means from your POV is the wonderful scene of clear blue water in the background. :-) I yearn to see more of it, up closer. The subject gets a bit diminished because of the distance.

All of the above is JMO of course, as I'm kind of just "thinking out loud". Good luck in the challenge.
