Not sure why you don't like the B/W conversion with the cream color of the car. ??? Guess you tried messing around with various B/W conversion color filters?

This is a well composed shot. One thing that would make this a tad stronger (not that you can go back and reshoot it) is the DOF. Wish it were deeper to bring that 2nd light into focus. Probably not possible handheld...

Some nice cars in your neighborhood. :P

I love how the Mac logo stands out. Good use of existing light to make this work. The surrounding dark areas make a nice natural frame. Looks like she's quite used to having a camera pointing at her. :D

I can totally relate. :) This has plenty of contrast for a B/W for sure. I like the reflections in the corner window. Looks like Temp Solutions hired a temp to put their building numbers on the windows. :P

Looks like a touch of HDR in this? Very contrasty (in a good way) and the details are even visible in the shadows.

What a wonderful looking place. What's it look like if you move a couple of steps to the right? Can you see more of the lake and capture some of those treeline reflections? :)

I like your choice of color tone. Might consider a small boost in contrast to make this stand out a bit more. JMO of course. :)

If someone was to hang this photo with the label 'Wealth' under it - would people make the connection?

I love cats (have two at home), and this is a fine photo overall (good focus/clairity, composition, lighting, etc...) - but I'm having a difficult time seeing the connection to the challenge on the merits of the photo alone.
