With the shutter speed used the car appears to be stopped on the track. I think this would be much more dynamic and interesting with a motion panning approach.

The coolest thing about this photo? The aperture shaped bokeh highlights. :-) The chain in the lower left is really the only thing that appears to be in focus and I think the medallion/pendant should be.
