Sadnessby karmatComment: I remember that commercial. :-)
Unfortunately, the lesson has not been learned by all yet - it's amazing what a handful of disrespectful and careless people can do. Every community has them, and collectively it adds up. An exasperating fight for sure. :-/
This reminds me of a challenge idea I had recently also - along the lines of the environment, scars, pollution, etc... I'll have to write it up here soon.

Candyland Expressby trevytrevComment: Perfect title for this fantasyland shot. I like the slight tilt - it adds to the feeling of motion that you've captured so well here. Nice! |

Willamette Falls at Nightby LeoComment: What a wonderful place to photograph. You did quite well with the given lighting. Very smooth (love the way the water looks) and well focused. Nice colortones too. |

A Country Bridgeby LeoComment: Hmmm....you're giving me an idea here. :-) I like this shot. The way the lines of the bridge are anchored at both ends with trees is kinda cool. |

The Land Before Timeby glad2badadComment: Thanks for all of the comments. This photo isn't too far from what it looked like and the original capture. Levels brought up the shadows some, but the color was left alone (no saturation boost) - it was truly an amazing scene! I really liked the way the valley in the lower-left was illuminated by the rising sun. |

Bridge Crossingby LeoComment: Looks like the Chatham bridge in Fredericksburg. ???
This has not only nice LB qualities, but very nice overall comp to it also. I really like what you've done with the various leading lines, the fall colors, and even the placement of the vehicle in your photo (natural or not, it falls right on a ROT point).
Of what I've seen you post so far with the LB, this is one of my favorites. Well done! |

Wet colorsby MelethiaComment: Windshield? C'mon - get out there. A little rain won't hurt you. :-)
This is quite interesting. Right there in the "artsy" category. The colors are very vivid and I like the natural blue colortone brought about by the overcast sky. |

Fall color 2by MelethiaComment: Practicing for the 'Foliage' challenge? :-P I like how the branches are uplifting and reaching for the blue sky. |
