This is a fun location and an interesting subject. Personally I think some work in post could have taken this from good to great. A simple crop to eliminate the bright eye grabber in the upper right and a vignette to bring the attention back to center are a couple of thoughts at first glance. Good luck in the challenge.

:-) The referee is the subject - the one that is being shown as the 'Environmental Portrait'. The other people in this are elements of his 'environment'.
