This felt like something Anita would enter (kind of in her style). Surprised to see your name next to it this morning. I thought this really expressed the phrase 'soft' in a pleasing manner. One of my top picks (gave it an 8). Shocked it didn't break top 10 at a minimum. Well done.

Dang! Had this picked for 2nd place overall (I was your 8 - my top pick was the eventual Blue). I love the story that's being told here. Perfect balance and handling of the various pieces (tube, tubers, river, even the sky cooperated!). Only minor nit is this might have a slight lean to the left. Hard to tell as both edges appear to have some perspective distortion (trees leaning outward). The river bank alignment may also be contributing to the leftward impression (it's tough when the waterline doesn't line up with a horizon exactly - but I'm preaching to the choir. :-} ).

I know it's a long exposure, and certainly on purpose, but I really don't like the way the water looks in this at all. Almost looks like a slice of border added ready for a text line to fill in. Otherwise it's a wonderful capture of the mountains.
