Nothing Like The Real Thingby hotpastaComment: I like everything but the color tone you selected, but that's a matter of personal preference obviously. Otherwise, nicely done. |

Woodburning Penby dtremainComment: Nice idea overall - maybe on a piece of wood that doesn't scream "scrap" would make it feel more realistic? |

Chalking up a new yearby AbraComment: I like the boy in the back; sharp, good color, etc... The girl in front needs to be either sharp or more OOF IMO. She's kind of stealing the show with that smile, yet isn't in focus. |

Young Artistby cooliComment: Color cast is a bit too warm - quick adjustment to get the whites correct. Subject is fine. Background somewhat unusual in that you have to look and figure out what it is - takes away from the primary subject. I like letterbox borders for this aspect ratio - seems like this may benefit from that look. |

Rain stormby ScapeshotsComment: Might get even better impact if the subject was a total silhouette and a little more off-centered. JMO of course. |

Wind Catcherby HarveyGComment: Horizon is crooked. A little burning inside the windmill to knock down the halo (HDR or Tonemapping effect?) would eliminate the competition for attention and let that sky really jump out.
BTW - I was just kidding about the horizon. Figured you probably checked that a couple of times. :-) |

Winter Fog, Point Surby Bear_MusicComment: I really like this scene and the B&W choice works well. Only nit I have is the tonal range seems tight, and somewhat lacking at the high end. |
