20210304_102651 raw edit 1200by rozComment: I'm envious in your ability to even FIND your subjects! :-) The no cropping part is interesting; you must be the "bug whisperer" to get that close. :-D |

Blue Birdby DrakeComment: That's interesting that you see Eastern Bluebirds only in late winter. We have them year-round here. Your area looks to be right on the edge of their breeding range. We have two active nesting pairs in the front yard currently. :-)
As for the scoring on your entry. One thing that stood out to me immediately was that the eye and beak are not sharp. That kills a wildlife image pretty quickly. The composition is a little awkward also with the empty space above the subject. I like how there is a second one in the background nicely OOF.
p.s. - I grew up about 45 minutes west of your location. I always think of home when I see your lighthouse photos. :-D

The question is - does it look like a Brenizer Method image? If yes, then I met the challenge. However, DNMC is not grounds for a DQ regardless. Only if a special rule is tagged onto the challenge would that apply. |

Lincoln Tunnelby tvsometimeComment: Too bad you had to get that one 10! :-) Otherwise you'd have a perfectly symmetrical voting pattern. :-D |
