Flower girlby pitsamanComment: Wow - She jumps right out at you. Nice shot! The bright yellow gives the image a boost (might be a tad too much reflecting on the girl? Personal opinion I guess). The composition is nice. The way her arm trails off at an angle to the corner ties that part of the image in well. Good job. |

Mother / Daughter Meditationby dsa157Comment: Very interesting use of selective desat. I'm not sure I would've taken that route. Hard to tell without seeing it in all color. I wish I could say what it is, but something feels off balance with this image. Maybe if the background was dark grey or solid white? Cool shot nonetheless. |

Painting an Alternate Realityby alanfreedComment: An image within an image....very cool catch! I like the painters version better. ;^) As a photo it seems a bit busy but not sure what else you could do because it wouldn't be the same without the upper half. Did you try cropping it to see out of curiosity? Good luck. |
