This would have more impact if all of the trees were sharply focused. Either a different shooting position or deeper aperture would have helped some. Interesting composition...not sure I see the 'Delicate' theme here - but I'm not you. ;^)

This is fun. Titled appropriately. Lighting is a bit extreme. Works fine on the feathers/hair around the head - feels a bit blown on the mouth part of the beak. Well focused and exposed on the eye (which is important). Some noise in the background - makes it appear that this was a crop of something larger? I like the composition, it's well balanced.

Anyway, good luck in the challenge. 7 from me.

This is an interesting composition. The image makes me stop and look - not so much at the main subject, but how this was processed. Yes, there is a sense of mystery to "what is she looking at?" - you can't help but look in the same direction. Good job of negative space and positioning. What I meant earlier about how this was processed, is at first glance I thought you desaturated everything but the woman. Looking at the top of the image there is some color to the man's arms (top left) and the man's shirt (top right). So, either the colors in everything other than the woman are very dull, or you did a heck of a job in selective desat. ;^)

Beautiful image! Looks like late day sun giving that golden glow. Tough to get the exposure correct, yet you did a nice job with this. Nice mulie too! Colorado perhaps?
