Saturdayby KristjanUnnarComment: Looks like you had plenty of resolution and detail here. The grass and the dog's fur are sharply in focus, etc. I'm not a fan of the wide ratio presentation for this. I think this would score much higher with a tighter crop (below the distant hill line) and a strong cut on the right also. Just my opinion. Should still do well for you. Good luck. |

Fresh snowby beatabgComment: How did you manage to break through the snowcrete?! That's what we're calling it here anyway (several inches of ice on top of the snow). Don't hate me, but I think with this title one would expect fresh snow without any tracks, etc. Maybe repositioning to the right and dialing in tighter on that small pine tree and shadows (without any disturbed snow surface) would have been a little stronger? |

Got frecklesby NeatComment: Lovely focus and expression captured here. The bokeh on the right is a little busy, but not enough to overly distract from the child's face. Good luck. |

London Eye on a Sunny Dayby TiberiusComment: Should have used a ND1000 filter and got the wheel in motion! Just kidding. :-) This is a nice representation of the subject. |

The approachby toutoungiComment: Wow. That almost looks like a toy! I know it's not, it's just the POV and the blurring of other elements. Gives that miniaturization look to it. |

Frozenby wildirisComment: No kidding! I looked at a field by us the other night and the sun glow was like this. I wanted to grab a photo but my phone wasn't doing it justice. You did well with this one. Good luck. |

Let's Make Musicby bob350Comment: That's fun. My grandfather played the concertina. Do you play also or just have it as a conversation piece / family heirloom? As far as the photo goes it presents well enough. Did you look at it rotated to the left 90 degrees? Seeing some streaks at the end that would suggest cloned out wire or string that held it up? |
