Well, as long as there isn't any bubblegum under the coin, you've stopped the action. ;^) Couple of things going on here. 1) DOF is too shallow IMO for this. 2) Image is noisy, especially the top third. 3) Subject is centered and (nothing personal here) a bit ho-hum. The reflection on the table is kind of cool. Good luck.

Yikes! This is cool and scary at the same time. As far as image quality goes, exposure and sharpness are fine. I might do some cropping left and top (heavier on the left) to getter closer to ROT. Good luck.

The color in this certainly grabs the viewers attention. Did you use a graduated color filter for this effect? Nice job of stopping the motion of the swing and the girls dress. Only nit is it feels slightly underexposed. Good luck in the challenge.

Nice job of stopping the motion of the birds wings. Image seems a bit soft, was this a handheld shot instead of a tripod? The dark background helps bring out your subject.

I love the expressions in this photo, both guys are seriously concentrating. Great job capturing that. You've done a nice job framing your subject(s) and you handled the lighting pretty well (tough with sun on dark and light colors). A little more color saturation could have helped some. If nothing else, bring up the green/yellows for the grass. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge.

Lovely statue. Looks like a nice park. The stopped water looks like ice almost. ;^) Technically this image is composed well, the exposure is fine, and I like the bokeh you're getting in the light thru the trees. The main think probably holding this back is your choice of subject matter. Good luck in the challenge.

Looks like a happy time. ;^) I'm finding myself looking more at the faces in the crowd to see their reaction than I am at your primary subject. Not sure why. Hmmm. It's still fun nonetheless. Getting some motion blur on the girl being swung around. Probably will get hit on that a smidgen in the voting. Good luck in the challenge.

Wow. You actually stopped motion! Hooray. ;^) I say that because many of the animals, water, etc...shots aren't using high enough shutter speed to truly stop motion. Now that you've gotten past that you are going to have to get past the "it's too centered" crowd, and possibly the "looks like it's overexposed" group as well. ;^) Sorry, couldn't resist. It's tough trying to please everyone when it comes to getting high scores from voters. As long as you're happy that's what counts the most. I like your entry. It's not "perfect", but it's pretty darn good. Good luck in the challenge. ;^)

Not quite quick enough with the shutter speed. The wall and leaves just in front of her are well focused, but the runner is blurry. :-( Close, but no cigar. ;^)
