Wingsby Wenders11Comment: Good idea...would have done completely in B&W. Also it would have been a little better if the subject was right at the crescent of the hill so you got more fullness of the head and maybe a little peak of light between his back and head (underneath his neck). Still a decent image. Good Luck. 7. |

Horseshoe Bend , Arizonaby TLL061Comment: Great perspective. I would have still cut out 1/2 of the sky you have in the image and tweaked some shadows. Good Luck. 6. |

Old Blue Eyesby acoppolaComment: The one drawback to me unforetunately is the Blue Eyes. You have captured a beautiful image and if it was her eyes you wanted to capture then you should have left it in colour and tweaked the blues. I personally would have done the B&W and tried to punch up the contrast a little more. Good Luck. 7. |

Sunset over Queensgateby SoulMan1978Comment: Thanks for using thirds with the horizon...way to many images with the horizon across the middle. Nice colours and sky. Image is too blurry for DPCers. Did you use a tripod? If not, then recomend you invest in one as it will dramtically improve these shots. If you did, then you may want to get a remote (if availible) so you aren't touching the shutter on the camera. Good Luck. 5. |

The Serengetiby bucketComment: Beautifully captured and nicely coverted to B&W which should be the case to balance these incredible (B&W) animals with their surroundings. Well done and Good Luck. 9. |

Instuments of the Earthby danielstarrasonComment: Gorgeous. Nice tone and colours...The only criticism would be that with your title (spelling, however not my comment) that I think I may have cropped out the little section of sky at the top as it is distracting and you are trying to draw us to the ground. Try to crop it just above the waterfall and see if you like the result better...I do. Regardless, Very Nice! Good Luck. 8. |

Sea Turtle Splashby emorgan49Comment: This image had potential but my focus is on the people rather then the turtle. To much happening, especially with them all grouped so tightly. The focus is not sharp enough. This is going to have a difficult time in the challenge. Sorry. Good Luck. 3. |

The Eleventh Hourby krukvaextComment: Decent capture, conveys that its almost over...enjoy the way your have bordered this like a movie just before something is going to happen. The overprocessing is okay. Wish the image was little more in Focus. Good Luck. 5. |
