Swallows in flightby vtruanComment: Sorry... didnt score this well.... the following is jmo.....
I dont think the composition is good... so ya have a triangle in there.... but the birds are so far apart that you have to hunt for the triangle... secondly... although I do appreciate a good sillhouette... I dont think it works well here...would rather see some detail in the birds.... it is pretty grainy and the sky is uninteresting to me... in short, there is no WOW factor here. I mean no disrespect... we all have our own opinions.... and I normally prefer to remain silent rather than give a critique like I just gave you.... I hate to say something negative or hurt someone's feelings.... |

Robin's Nestby SunnieeComment: Thank you very much for your comments... I do appreciate them! Yes, the mother was not happy with me... so I shot quickly without getting too close and let their mother come back to attend to them... lovely little birds! |

James River Sunsetby SJCarterComment: Lovely shot! Love the looking through the archway feeling.... I would crop the opening on the left side so only one opening is showing... makeing the viewers eye find the focal point easier and uncluttering the image with unnecessary background. well done. |
