One of my favorites from this challenge. Though the deer/fawn takes up such a small space in the shot, it has impact! Put it together with the beautiful natural surroundings and it just sparks. This is between a 9 and 10 from me, leaning more to the 10, just because my interpretation of wild life says I want to see the deer more close up. This is a capture which sparks the imagination and mind. Ok, a 10 it is.

Love the vibrance, color and detail of the shot. Only nitpick is, it seems to be a little oversharpened in some ares producing jagged edges. Selective sharpening would be something to try here. Still it's a favorite. Good luck :)

A really wonderful portrait but, I dont see those blue specks fitting in with the rest of the makeup scheme. Find them oddly distracting, taking away some of the focus from her beautiful eyes. Which should be the focal point in this shot. Perhaps it's the overall composition and a little crop off the bottom does settle my eyes better. In any case this is a fine shot :)
I'll be coming back to this one.

A shot that easily makes my top5 faves from this challenge. Only reason I give this a 9 but not a 10 is because of his left antler being cut off at the top of the frame and because of the burning near the left side isn't too tidy. Awesome shot though. I have a good guess on the photog too. Wondering if I'm right ;) This style is just wonderful.

Such a classic shot. One of my favorites from the challenge. Like everything about this especially those curles. The shot has this slight soft glow to it (which I do like), I think some of the hot spots could've been a bit toned though. Like the one on the hand, doesn't fit in well and is a bit distracting. This one should do very well in the challenge. Good luck! :)
