Hmm, interesting concept - that lotion will make oranges smooth. Congrats on having something to say. Technicals are good - focus is on and the reflection is nice. Colors pop - also good. I don't like it very much more than a 7, but it's so much better than the others in the challenge I'll give it an 8 to make sure it scores above the ones without a story or a message.

This doesn't make me want to eat bananas. This is a rather uninteresting perspective, there is no story or context to the main subject, even the color is a bit green for a bunch of yellow bananas. I can see that you are trying, but this falls a bit short for a stock shot and isn't really good for anything else.

There's really no story here unless someone reads the title. Nice job on the skin, but it's a standard perspective and not showing anything in a new or unusual way. You got the good DOF going, but the background is so bright it's not adding much to the overall shot.

Interesting choice of subject; perspective is rather dull and uninteresting. Background does nothing for this shot; it has little context. Try it again from above the plant using directional lighting and see what you think.

Composition is pretty interesting. The colors are rather dull and boring, and there is a ton of noise in the background. I like the idea, but the rainbow background is killing it.
