Since you are showing it in action, it's hard to say it's obsolete. Aside from that, too much motion blur - maybe a faster shutter speed woulda helped. Good luck.

Wow! I love this shot. The DoF and his expression! You could probably do a dozen different styles of editing on this and make a variety of very cool portraits. Great job - you're awesome.

No apology necessary - you were right on and I knew it when I did it that it would be better if I put more effort into that aspect of it. I was hurried, but happy with it overall. Thanks for the remarks, both positive and negative! :)
