Background is a little lacking for "City Life" - they could be sitting in a Diner at a truck stop in Podunk, Iowa. :-) No apparent street scene, ya know?

Photographically, independent of the challenge, it is a very good photo I think. I would have scored it a 5 or 6.

Sure, it looks like a protective Grandpa keeping the kids from stepping into the street, but what you don't see is the hot dog vendor just outside the frame and they are waiting in line and the kids are trying to take cuts.
