On the other sideby AmmieComment: The heavy border is distracting to my eye... It gives too much weight to the black portions of the lower right of the image.

A Stranger Withinby MarkBComment: Good colors and very good detail where you want it... Might want to think about a different crop/framing. Get your subject off center or keep it dead center and square crop. Harsh lighting on the edge of the pedals is somewhat distracting... |

Against the Wallby KelliComment: I actually have a shot of this flower in my outtakes for this challenge. Love the blue... Green feels a bit too dark and I'm not sure I like the framing. I find myself wanting the flower on top, or maybe rotated into a corner... |

Light seems a bit harsh. Circular Polarizer might have helped. You can shade shots w/ a single sheet of white paper to soften the light a bit... |
