The reflections in the orange head are distracting. The painted seven doesn't look good, it gives the impression of you not being very interested in this challenge, which I'm sure isn't true. The depth of field is good, but there's still too much going on in the background. And this doesn't fit the challenge very well. Just painting a 7 in there is the only link to the challenge I can see (though I might be missing sth).

Nice. A sevenpack of beer was my first idea for this challenge, too. But as I couldn't figure out how to do it, I went for sth different. You got it just right! I like the surprising element, the bottle with the lemon, which stands out against the other bottles. Looks tasty :) 7.

Nice way to explore the challange's grey areas. I think it matches well. Should be slightly rotated (about 0.5 degrees). The middle line should be perfectly vertical. Nice shot, a bit too much going on on both sides.

Wow! A pelikan armada. How's you get them into an (almost) perfect row? I'd have radically cropped the top away. It distracts too much from the birds.

Nice job. Very creative. I'd have left out two words (e.g. battery and shutter) to have 7 words of 7 letters on the board. Perhaps I didn't get all the sevens and what you did was just fine.

Not Red Enough

Nice idea. They should have been all in focus though. You might have put the orange one too, say, the group's right side and thus keep them all in focus without loosing the picture's message. And you should have removed that dust from the black surface.
