Cobweb Petals Leading to Center Stage

Cobweb Petals Leading to Center Stage

Comment:
Nice photo. I'm not feeling strong leading lines in this photo, though. Because "center stage" is centered, my eye goes to it right away, without being led to it by the lines of the petals.

I like this one a lot. I don't know how many voters will understand the title, but it is clever. Nice range of lights/darks in this. Reminds me of e301's minimalism entry.

I think that the graininess of this shot really adds to it somehow. The light on the rails and lights on the train add a lot, too. Very nice!

Well done, and a very effective use of leading lines.

It feels good to have won a ribbon! Thanks everybody for your votes and comments! I will have to post a pic of the setup that I used for this shot. Probably later tonight.

Good use of an interesting perspective. Good use of selective desaturation.
Edit: removed my comment about the line not leading to anything. Congrats on top ten!

I like it! The line of the trough leads your eye right to the cow's head. Good lighting, too.

Excellent! Very creative perspective! I don't think I've ever seen a butterfly/moth from this angle! This photo deserves to score highly!

Great shot! I took some shots like this a few months ago at Navy Pier, but none of them was even close to being as good as this!
