Light a bit harsh and hard reflections on the bottle and glass. Did you try backlighting? Glassware is difficult to work with. Esp if, like us, you don't have a proper studio with proper lights.

the BG is too close to the subject and creates a shadow which seems to double the image gives the impression of lack of focus and makes me go crosseyed. crop a tad too tight.
