Nice picture. Your highlights seem a bit overblown in the front of the structure. I think a shorter title might work better, such as 18th Century Iron Furnance. Also, it feels like it needs a little straightening.

I can see the rotary telephone, but I'm not a fan of the blurred image. JMHO

Your depth of focus needs to be increased. Narrow your aperture (increase the actual number of your f stop), and that will help this.

Very nice juxtaposition! The only thing is the picture seems to need a tiny bit of straightening.

I like the idea, but the picture itself is a bit flat. Maybe a bit of an angle or an assymetrical layout on the plate. The dark background is nice because it highlights the lighter coloured food.

Of the barbed wire shots I've seen so far, your composition makes this one the most interesting one I've seen

I find my eye going to the wood instead of to the metal and the rust. I think some fill in flash to light up the shadows would also help.

I think adjusting the backdrop behind the buddha will help. Maybe one solid fabric as the patterns are distracting.

I'm finding the cropping a bit odd. It's not quite off tilt enough for me to enjoy it. I feel like it ought to be either more straight (rotate it to adjust) or more off kilter.
