Is that asparagus? I never would have thought of asparagus with wine. Color and focus are great. Composition works, but I would have preferred to see some of the stem of the glass. I think a contrasting border would have been more effective at complementing the photo.

I like the colors and the composition, but, for me, the dof is detimental to this shot. There is a narrow band of the photo running from the top left to the lower right that is in focus and the rest of it is just blurry.

Pretty good lighting, just a little shadowy in the lower right area. Composition feels a little awkward for me. The pens are all clumped up there with the one in the upper right leading the eye right out of the photo. Definitely would have like to have seen the black edge of your border be wider to balance all the black in the shot.

Not crazy about the lighting for this shot, would have preferred a little more direct lighting. The composition works well, but the shot doesn't really hold my interest - especially since the mantis is decidedly a fake.

Nice take on the splash theme! The milk splash has a very soft focus to me, and it works well for the shot, since the eyes are sort of directed to the pea, which is in good focus.

Perfect for the challenge! I really like the composition, and the lighting that you had that day was pretty good - if I was wishing, I'd wish for more light on the other side of the bridge, but working with what the situation was, I like it a lot.

I love the architecture, the lighting, and this shot in general, except for the person in the shot. It would have been a much more effective shot for me if it was just the gorgeous lines of the architecture.

Cute shot of a cute child, but nothing in the shot really seems like "leading lines" to me. I guess the branches of the trees could be leading lines, but I find them to be just a very distracting background.
