These guys are very common and will often pose for the camera, unlike, say, the red or blue ones, or the really big oniyanma. (And damselflies are pretty hard to capture, too).
I agree that the front eye should be more in focus, but I know it's really hard to do when you're working with such shallow DOF and trying to hold the camera still, etc. And, yep, crop off a bit of the blurry foreground.
