good guess! but, no this is ribbon grass. most corn at this time of the year has been harvested...that is if the farmer had a good year, which they did! ethonal you know.

dof is perfect! it adds that element for an elegant dated feel. you could do without the lace brush. let the photo stand on it's own because it's all there. georgia o'keefe and alfred stiglitz would most definitely allow you into there exclusive clubs. beautiful!

I will comment on all here. the over all use of the combo resides with this one. with this painting texture and vignette this to me is the best. the color is intensified yet doesn't make your eyes bleed. i love your use of the format with a very favorable comp. the border is nice but really to me not needed. this is a fabulous photograph. the others to me still need some work.
