Maybe easy to guess but I'm guess not really easy to capture...at least not to your quality. The colors are right where I'd expect them, nice white whites. Cool how you caught some of the center parts in different phases of growth...would have been a great transistion submission but better here. Well done.

cool! I'm guessing it's one of those flat circular things that lets off colored lightning bolts and you can touch causing the bolts to go where you touch. Never looked at one so close, adds a totally different perspective. The black specks are a little annoying but I know totally unavoidable since it is part of the actual item. Nice variety of colors.

on the "eww that's gross" level it looks like someones spine has just been removed. I'm guess closer to some sort of pasta in a red sauce. I think it could be a bit sharper and the image is a little too bright in the bottom right quarter. Nice job of getting up and personal.

I've looked at your image a couple times and was first thinking of a table saw (or similar) fence but I don't think I've ever seen one this fancy so I'm most likly way off. I love the gold tones to the image even though some of it seems to be made of wood. Nice sharp edges and details and the depth of field draws you attention in but also allows it to wander about without getting lost or bored. Nice job.

I have to admit that I think without your border this image would lose a lot of it's punch. I like the purples (pink, magenta, whatever it is) and blacks that make up the flower so the border only adds to it. The bit of white adds a nice contrast while not over powering the image. Very neat pattern...oh, just came to me, I would love to see a single yellow bee sitting up on it, don't suppose you could go catch one and put him on there could ya? lol Very nice image.

cool plant(?)! The title loaded first and I was expecting tons of yellow and was surprised with the inital purple that came up. You have a very nice level of colors here that play well together. The white stuff almost seems like clouds, adding to the effect. Nice job.

Someone's been playing with their kid's play-dough kit. Nice mix of colors but I can't really find a nice sharp place for my eyes, it all seems a bit out of focus.

Well the coil has certainly rubbed there a lot as it has caused slight grooves but the rust would make me guess it hasn't been used lately...crap I have no clue what it is! All I know is a coil around another piece of metal, can't think of what it would be used for. I do however know I like your lighting and depth of field. Your slightly gradient background is very nice and follows the tones on the inside of the coils. Nice image.

Not too difficult to see what it is but that doesn't detract from the image. Your DOF really makes for a cool image. I like the subtle purples and greens in the image and the black just adds to it. Interesting.
