this is just my opinion but i dont think the blue cast lights go well with the brownish sky. I feel the image should either be completely cold or completely warm in tone. otherwise is a pretty good long exposure night shot.

The sky is really light for a moonlit scene imo... looks more like dawn than late at night. i do like the fog above the water and the blue tones.

to be completely honest i dont get nervous at all from the photo. i see the bird more as the predator than a prey.
