i think its an interesting effect with the motion blur but i think a more conventional approach could have worked better. (btw, the model has a great figure and pose)

i think the cloth near the bottom is an unnecessary distraction bcos is cuts the figure abruptly with and also it blends with the white background and has little to no detail.

i think its original, the lighting is good, only complaint would be part of the shot seem a bit overprocessed (neat image+blurring+sharpning) and are begining to fall apart... for example on both hands there is some form of pixelation and sharpening artifacts on the outlines around the wrists and fingers.
