i think an indirect gaze would have made for a better photo. the gaze is almost confrontational in its character. otherwise the technical aspects of the photo are very good, very 'professional' like.

powerful image, almost too powerful though. if i were a doctor i would recommend seeing a pychiatrist but as an artist i would say very emotional, and great use of the strong black and whites and strong perspective to make the photo even more intense

no offense but the grain and small hairs on the chin and upper lip start to make the face a bit manly. otherwise a really beautiful emotive photo. 8
