I'd think I'd died and gone to Heaven -- challenge or no -- I just love this type of photography. I think it is my favorite. You did so good! And again, I'm so glad you use "maverick" techniques in leaving them in color! It adds so much to the richness and street-beauty of the scene.

I love the drivel :) Stories behind the pictures make them so much more personal for the viewer. I love this! This is my kind of photography. I love the perspective of the large empty cobblestone street with only a very few people on it. And like you titled it, the tourist and the old couple going about their every-day routine.
