Macro 14by KenComment: Wow! I doubt if it would have been boring in its natural state -- but with the touch of magic you added to it, boring it is NOT! Very cool! I just love that filter! When expertly applied to where its not over the top, it creates such amazing effects! It does look like an ink sketch, doesn't it!

Macro 16by KenComment: Oooooh. . . THAT is AWESOME! I think this is one of those photos where the light actually becomes the subject. The blues and pure soft white create such an ethereal feeling. I think this would make a beautiful framed print for a kitchen!

daffodil 4by Elzbells47Comment: Hi E! Welcome to dpChallenge! I hope you are enjoying it so far ?? This is my favorite of all your daffodil photos. I love the fill the frame soft look for florals, and I like how you can see all the little dust pollens on the flower.
I guess you're figuring out already that people are not shy around here about constructive critique, huh? :) I think over my first 2 years with dpChallenge, probably the most significant thing I learned was how to toughen up my easily bruised skin :) But it was a good (if not often painful) thing, and I learned alot.
Goooood Luck to you and I look forward to seeing more of your photography!
