Oh niiiice job on the photo! This plate reminds me of something that happened when I used to take alot of food photos for a culinary school. They were having a big appetizer "event" where all the families were coming and guests and they were really going to show off their prowess in the kitchen. By that time, I had become buds with some of the students, and one was particularly insistent that I stay and eat with them. But when I persisted that I really did need to get home, he finally lowered his head like a pouting little boy and said, "I bet you don't really even eat this s**t, do you???" Tee hee. (busted)

But it sure makes cool pictures :)

Tee hee. . . that's WEST Texas! And trust me. It IS EXACTLY like that 365 days a year there! We live in a prettier part of Texas at the base of the Hill Country. Notice I said "prettier" Because we have a ways to go before I'd call it pretty, I mean relative to Oregon, the Rockies or Iceland, know what I mean?
