day 15: crowsby ErinMComment: I love it! That is so cool that you added your own bird to this photo. You really can't tell. Aren't we having so much fun with our "Can't do that in a challenge" trickery :)
I really love the composition and the tones in this. It does have an eerie, mysterious feel, but really nice.

Girona-river.jpgby kolasiComment: Ohmy!! What a beautiful photo! I love so much the earthiness of this with the clothes hanging over the balconies and the simple look of the architecture. This is excellent "slice of life" photography!

Day-11.jpgby KenComment: Oh, this is awesome! What a beautiful scene. I'm anxious to see more of your pictures from the weekend. The perspective looking up at that bridge is so striking. I think this would have made a great Point of View submission, but oh wait. . .the HDR thing.
I discovered that you can open a RAW file in your HDR software and tonemap a single image, but it only works with RAW photos. But it really makes a huge difference and gives you HDR results that you can't get by just basic editing techniques. And it's legal in basic editing. Might see if you have any more of these awesome shots and try it. I sure would vote this one high.

Qartby AliciaComment: This is such a fun photo. When I first saw the title, I thought it might be a tribute to our DPC Qart. . .and expected something sultry and dark and beautifully provocative :) So in addition to this one being fun and processed way cool, it had a splash of the delightuflly unexpected, which is always nice :)
I love the effect of that Lucisart. It always gives a Norman Rockwell kind of look to photos. Way to go seeing the artistic merit in this scene! You're the bomb!

Boyby JutildaComment: Dang! How in the WORLD have I missed this! You can definitely see a Goodman inspiration -- but then -- alot of your work reminds me of hers too. Different of course, but incorporating some similar processing wonders that make your work so incredibly distinctive!
This is beyond fabulous!
