Hey Rikki. You're one of the few heads I know. You're a legend photog and I'm average especially in people shots but I'll give you my best critique anyway. Smile/expression is very good, you look relaxed. The centred composition looks good too. The shirt goes well. Exposure is good but maybe a bit heavy on purely front lighting. Skin tone and hair look slightly unnatural, sorry if that's what you look like in real life :). Background is a bit boring and a bit close, I think it would have been OK if OOF but maybe better if darker as well. Overall pretty good especially for someone who doesn't do a lot of portraits.
