i have an idea as to what you where after capturing the reflection (i tried something very similary, but it just didn't work out). i think the motion blur and soft focus take away from being able to see who you really are. i think in portraits, the elements of the image should all support the subject, and not provide unnecessary distractions. while the mouse & keyboard convey who you are, the wall & door behind most definitely distract. i think this might work from a slightly different perspective where the image isn't so evenly divided in the middle. this is certainly one to revisit. nice effort! |

great capture. i like the lighting, colors, and composition. there are a couple spots that look like they could be handled in editing, but nothing major. some may complain about an imbalance in the lighting, but i don't have any problem with it as is. really like how you seem to have caught the essence you were looking for. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

nice work. composition, expression, focus, all work well. the lighting, though, seems to have washed out some of the tonality in your face, which is a shame. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

excellent capture. pose, expression, focus, lighting. all come together. great work. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

this looks like fun, and it looks like something that would be cool to be able to do at the drop of a hat. i do think it would work better if you had matched the tones in the printed face to the actual face. nice work with the lighting. | Photographer found comment helpful. |

while this is an interesting image, i can't help but feel your reflection should be a bit more prominent. how? i have no clue. i would like to try this, but i think i would hunt for a different perspective. nice try, though; i'm sure this wasn't easy to pull off, as is. |

pose and expression are fine, focus is a bit soft. lighting is ok, but could stand a bit more contrast. line through the head is a bit distracting. placement would be stronger if more to the right. | Photographer found comment helpful. |
