Beating the Heat!by susiComment: nice shot, though it looks like it needs a slight rotation. one part of me says, "oh, what a joyous moment." the other part of me says, "ahhg, does he know how many ducks crap in that water?" lovely colors, great idea, good luck! |

Target Practiceby NstiG8trComment: as much as i can appreciate the effort required to produce this shot, it doesn't do anything for me aesthetically. i just reminds me too much of images from my high school physics textbooks. i won't hold that against you, though. maybe if you had put food coloring in the water, it might be more interesting... |

Emergenceby EricMGB1974Comment: great idea! too bad you couldn't shoot this on a sunny day, where the sun light would make the water sparkle 1000 times more than the flash. another key to improving this type of shot is to get your subject to be throwing their arms in the air as they come out of the water, and to be slightly spinning. |

Geronimoby DefyTimeComment: great shot. shame about the lighting, as it leaves the image a bit flat. this might have been better with a bw conversion and some work with the levels and curves. it's a shame when you have something this good to start with, but you don't take full advantage of the advanced editing rules... |
