Holy %*&!by MattOComment: excellent idea, great capture of their expressions. too bad you didn't have one from a half-second later, when they made their splash. the framing is spot on. |

Near Collision On The Runwayby SherwinJamesComment: tough shot. i see where you're going, but don't think you're there, yet. i think once you're free of the dpc challenge constraints, you'll be able to go back and shoot this the way you really want to capture it, a little sharper, a little more definition on the birds, a little less motion. who knows, maybe it already has what you want, but because of size limitations, we just can't see it... |

The most beautiful game..by docpjvComment: a beautiful, timeless shot, yes. i think a square crop would have made this a better entry. also, if it had been shot from just a bit higher perspective, the far players' heads wouldn't be lost in the background. |

Airborn Razorby PanderComment: nice idea, but a needs a bit of work on the execution. the background really kills the shot, and his arm position (blocking his face), doesn't help either. this type of shot could have been a front-page contender, if shot with a little more attention to those details. |

Sand in all the wrong placesby bobdaveantComment: excellent idea, definitely meets the challenge. my only preference would have been to have had more of the dog in focus, as opposed to only the spray (this is why i shoot some specific sports shot in manual focus, so that the ai doesn't end up hunting the wrong subject). |

Flying Freeby bgrinbergComment: nice idea, but compositionally, this is more haphazard than well-planned. rotated slighting, and with the blade not so parallel to the body, this would have been much more dynamic. |

Blade Runnerby KronusComment: yes, you met the challenge, but compositionally, this is more of a lucky snapshot than a well-planned image. |
