Wonderful subject, and the lighting is very nice... But you might have wanted a different background... The white line down the left side of the shot ruined it for me ... But that's just me and what do I know :)

Great smile :) I think you need to work on your lighting a bit though. Your light source reflected off your subject's face kind of harshly... Also it produced a shadow on the wall... Try defusing the light by bouncing it off a white wall or bed sheet... It can make a world of difference :) But that's just me, and what do I know :)

Nice shot. My only nitpick is the gentleman in the background is a bit distracting... If you could have blurred him out with a shallow dof, I think this shot would have been a lot better.
