I'm with Robert, the processing doesn't appeal to me in this shot. I love her eyes, her position, and the look on her face, but I want a nice soft process for such a cute girl.

My favorite of the two images. I love the very gentle curve of the road that splits the image and how the lights and curve lead you to the lighter end of perhaps a glowing city.

Nice light between the shadows. The kitty looks so similar to our cat Chachi. Chachi is 12 years old and can be one of the meanest cats you'll ever meet. He is so good to us, but he's not very good around strangers. He bites and bites hard. He put my mother-in-law in the hospital due to a biting incident. Hopefully Miles is a little more tame.

So sorry to hear that Roz. I know how difficult that is having been through that myself. Sometimes losing a pet is even more difficult that losing a human member of the family. It's that unconditional attachment.

Beautiful color. The darkness and higher ISO are starting to show up a bit in the sky, but the tones and reflections more than make up for it.
