Ok, it looks like a plant that is rooting in a glass of water, and I can see a water drop on the outside of the glass.

I like the macro type close up of the plant growth, however I think that the overall brightness on the white parts of the plant and the glass itself detracts from a great concept. I might not have included the sides of the glass either.

Bottom line is that I like the concept, I like the plant, but it appears a bit overexposed. :)

Just a quick note to those that commented that the shot was tilted....it is actually totally straight. The river itself is what causes it to appear that way, but I assure you, the photo is not tilted.
