This is a very smart entry though some will miss the point. You see, had you called it "steel circle" or any other name it would have faired much higher. I was impressed upon first site and was unable to determine the item at once. I then did and smiled. Wow, I said, what a cool entry. Certainly the colors are great along with the smart composition. Then I saw the title.

Regardless you get full points for creativity and presentation. You get bumped to 7. Good work.

This image is presented with such lucidity...not the subject but the spirit of the challenge. It is an image I envy because long ago I shot a similar one in Lake george with a rowboat and a yellow sail jacket in the distant fog. Well, you have my congratulations here because the negative space is employed here with a high skill level. My favorite for this challenge. You get the big bump. P.S. this image is so good i am placing it in my fav list right now.

Many will miss this take. To me it is only the highlights deliniating the lines. I like the image because it pushes the menaing of the challenge. For example, this image has that abstract look and I would have called it "Lines" Bumping up.
