I treat this more as an artistic rendition and as such it gets good mark. On the advertising side the question would be wether to favor the jewelry or the model or both. As a lead image to an article in a Glamor magazine the image works and I am bumping it with this in mind.

The lighting is a little shy giving way to some loss of detail. When placed on a reflective surface your lighting task mounts in difficulty. The composition is nice and hence the bump.

The old belly button. Of course there are two ways to go here: one is dead focus on the subject (the button) with a wide aperture to soften the upper part of the body or go for the controversial soft focus. Personally, I would have gone for the sharp because the skin tonal values are flat lit, that is, no overbearing shadows to detract. But, hey, the concept is good and you get one bump from 5 to 6.
