Path to Daylightby ArcyComment: When I glance at this photograph, I think, just a forest scene. But on closer look, one has to realize that this shot was taken from up high! Bonus points for a unique perspective which makes this photo work to draw the viewer into following the meandering path to daylight. Well done. |

Clouded reflectionby NodeComment: I love the saturation in this photograph. Especially the golden rays of sunlight meld into the turquoise of the sky. Capturing the sun face on is quite a challenge and in this case it resulted in a rather subdued mood. Effectively silhouettes the foreground. Minor notes: some harsh noise amid the clouds and the masts. |
